Students whose first language is not English who are in need of pre-level literacy support before they begin leveled or intensive beginner English courses will be directed to register for Literacy support classes. Here, students will have the opportunity to master the basic skills of reading, penmanship, writing, sound formation, listening, pronunciation, and speaking. This 12-week literacy class can be repeated as necessary to become fully prepared for Beginner English.
